if anyone has go thur an immigration process please feel free to give my husband and I some advice!!!

Immigration Lawyer
About us
Entered the US on February 25, 1999
Age when entered 17, date of birth 9/21/81
Married Date is June 23, 2007
He has gone by different last names and by different birth year

Can we apply for his papers?
What are the steps to getting them?
How long will it take?
Will he have to go to Honduras for court or anything?
Is there an amount I have to make yearly?
Can we still fill it we receive government assistance FS?
Is it a good thing that he has filed his tax for 6 years?
What if he is working at this time dose this make are ordeal harder or dose immigration care about if he is working or not working ?
Will he have to say were he works?
Dose it madder if we had my daughter before we got married and that my son is not his biologically son when we show hard ship?
He has only had traffic tickets will that affect us?
Should I get copy of the paid tickets?
How much will the process cost?

My husband is from Honduras many allready know but every christmas was carzy thats the way I feel. Ok it starts on the 24th and goes on till the 25th. And the way i was taught was that on the 24th make cookies leave them for santa and in the more wake up and no cookies on the plate and he left a lot of gifts. but our this year went like this we went to my sister in-laws Yesenia and had tameles and chicken wings and buch of other food. Then at 12:00am we open all the gifts (but i only let my kids open 2 each) and then to bed (they both were really tired) then in the morning around 9:30 they were like open open open please please please!!!!! ( think they went to sleep thinking about all the gifts!!!! you no i understand that to them the 24th is noche buena but i dont no if next year we are going to do the same I like the christmas that my mother gave me!!!
