Another time

We had a phone consolation with Jorge Rivera Law Firm! Yeah not with him but with one of the tons of other lawyer with his firm! It was a lady and she said we have three opions!
1) Is to file a I-130 and it will cost us
$1000 for the atrney fee and $355 for

the I-130, then we have to send a foye
and thats another $1000
2) Is to wait for a new law to come out
3) To go back to Honduras, and file there
but its not a 100% that he be able to get
his paper and if dined he will have to stay
there 10 years!!!!!!!
so what should I do none are 100% sure, O GOD please help me with what we should do!!

I agree don't let him go back. We have started the process and have paid about $3000 to our lawyer, but when the time comes for him to go back, we are not going to do it. I don't know at the moment what we are going to do and I am sad that we spent so much $$$ but I don't want for him to go back and he doesn't want to go back either. NOTHING in the whole immigration circle is for sure! And I don't see why we should send back our husbands for something that is not sure! Yah know???
