IT WENT SOME THING LIKE THIS. WE GET THERE AND THEY CALLED US BACK TO A ROOM BEFORE WE COULD EVEN SIT DOWN THEY WERE LIKE OK ITS $150.00. I SAID OK KTRACHO PAY UP! THEN SHE GIVES US A COUPLE OF PAPER TO FILL OUT AND I FILLED THEM OUT! THEN 15 MIN LATER HERE COMES THE LAWYER! I SAID
1. HE CAME HERE FEB. 25, 1999, AT THAT TIME HE WAS 17 YEARS OLD
THEY GAVE HIM SOME PAPER AND A COURT DATE!
2. WE MET IN JULY 2004 AND HAD OUR DAUGHTER(Challo) JUNE 23, 2005, THEN WE GOT MARRIED 2 YEARS AFTER AND ALMOST 2 YEARS AFTER BEING MARRIED WE ARE READY TO FILE!

HE SAID OK LET ME GET MY PHONE, HE CALLED SOME # AND ON HIS PAPER THERE WAS AN A# HE BUT THAT # IN AND IT SAID AS OF JULY 13, 1999 HE WAS ORDER A DEPORTATION IN ABSENTEE I SAID OKAY! HE THEN SAID THAT OUR CASE IS VERY HARD VERY VERY DIFFICULT TO WIN. HE THEN STARTED TO SAY AS OF JULY 13, 1999 TIME FOR HIM HAS FROZEN! BECAUSE HE WAS ORDER A DEPORTATION IN ABSENTEE SO THE ALMOST 10 YEARS MIGHT NO COUNT! BUT BECAUSE HE WAS UNDER AGE THAT WE MIGHT BE ABLE TO ORDER A REMOVAL OF CONDITIONS, " BUT HE WAS NOT SURE" BUT HE WE CAN GET AN ORDER OF REMOVAL OF CONDITIONS THEN THE 10 YEARS WOULD HELP BECAUSE ANYONE THAT HAS BEEN HERE 10 OR MORE YEAR IS ABLE TO APPLIES FOR A WAVIER BUT IT IS ALSO HARD TO GET BECAUSE YOU HAVE TO SHOW EXTREME HARD SHIP! "BUT TO ME I DON'T NO IF THIS LAWYER IS A GOOD ONE BECAUSE HE SAID LET ME DO SOME TALKING WITH SOME OF MY LAWYER FRIENDS THAT'S IN MY GROUP THAT I HAVE CALLED AILA.ORG WHICH THIS IS WHERE I FOUND HIM!!!! I TELL YOU I LET HIS OFFICE A LITTLE SCARED AND WITH MY MIND THINKING ABOUT WHAT JUST HAPPENED!

IF ANY ONE HAS GONE THUR SOME THING LIKE THIS TELL ME ABOUT IF PLEASE!!!!

I MADE THE CALL!

OK I CALLED A LAWYER TODAY! I GOT AN APPOINTMENT FOR 2/5 WHICH IS MY BIRTHDAY! HE IS CHARGING $150.00 FOR THE FIRST APPOINTMENT. I HAVE EVERY THING I HOPE I SHOULD TAKE I AM PRAYING TO GOD THAT HE WILL NO CHARGE A LOT FOR THE HOLE PROCESS! O AND I FOUND THIS LAWYER ON AILA.ORG!


WELL I NO I TOLD YALL THAT I WAS GOING TO GO ON BY BIRTHDAY BUT!!!!!!!!!!!

All about my Christmas

Well its been a while since I have posted anything but I am now!!!!

Our Christmas was ok a little wired. I guess anyone who is married or has an hispanic boyfriend. Proberly feel the same as me. Well let me give you so details on our christmas. My husband is from Honduras many allready know but every christmas was carzy thats the way I feel. Ok it starts on the 24th and goes on till the 25th. And the way i was taught was that on the 24th make cookies leave them for santa and in the more wake up and no cookies on the plate and he left a lot of gifts. but our this year went like this we went to my sister in-laws Yesenia and had tameles and chicken wings and buch of other food. Then at 12:00am we open all the gifts (but i only let my kids open 2 each) and then to bed (they both were really tired) then in the morning around 9:30 they were like open open open please please please!!!!! ( think they went to sleep thinking about all the gifts!!!! you no i understand that to them the 24th is noche buena but i dont no if next year we are going to do the same I like the christmas that my mother gave me!!! On the 8/8/08 it was going so well it was my nephews birthday and i got off of work at around 5:50 and came home sat down eat some food took 2 bite and i had a phone call that my mother had died i drop to my nees and freaked out i am only 20 and i only have one sister she is 26 i could not bleave it i was yelling, praying, doing thing i did not know why i was doing it. the i called my dad told him and he didnot understand me so he said bye i am going to call your sister. rushed to my car with my husband and the kids so i was on my way to the hospital and rushing at that cause i was told that the abulace was take my mother to the hospital so i thought that mybe the relived her so i was rushing i got there i was the first family member there and i ran in side and ask to see my mother the said well what is here name i told them then they how old is she i said 42 they told me there is no one there bye that name i freaked out in frount of alot of people. the cops said that a botapoy was being do and we could not see her and that it would be a couple of hours. a cop told us the were calling it foul play cause of here age she was only 42. but let he tell you alittle about here he was a mother and a nana she love all of us she was some one that you could talk to we you needed to i love my mother with all my heart i just wanted to see her and hug here once before she left to go with GOD. the just shows that life is not promised it is given and taken when it time.

O I FORGOT TO TELL YOU WHEN I MADE THE TRIP IN WAS THE DAYS AFTER MOTHERS DAY IN MAY THE WEEK IN OF THE CARNVEL DE CEIBA . BUT OK SO HE STAYED THERE I CAME BACK AND IN THE FIRST WEEK OF JULY I WENT TO GET HIM BUT KNOW MY PLANS WERE MUCH BETTER MY FLIGHT WAS MADE IN THE MORNING SO IF THERE WERE ANY PROBLEM I WOULD KNOW AHEAD OF TIME SO I AIRVED IN LCE AT 11:30 I WAS SO HAPPY I TO SEE MY BABY BOY THEN WE WENT AND GOT SOME PIZZA(475.00 LEMPIRS I WAS LIKE DO WHAT HOW MUCH? THE HE SAID $25 US I SAID OK ) THE I WAS TOLD WE HAD NO WHERE TO GO BECAUSE OF MY HUSBAND FAMILY SO I CALL MY HUSBAND AND TOLD HIM TO CALL HIS MOTHER AND OTHER SISTER TO FIND OUT WHAT WAS GOING ON I GUESS THERE WERE MADE I WAS GETTING MY SON AND TAKING HIM BAKE WITH ME BUT O WELL SO THE GOT OVER IT AND WE WENT ON TO SANTA ANA WITCH IT WHERE THEY LIVE ABOUT 25-35 MIN IN A CAR TO LCE SPENT AND MY SON GTO SICK OR SHOULD I SAY WAS SICK WHEN I GO THERE AND MY HUSBANDS AUNT IS I GUESS THE DOCTOR OF THE TOWN SHE HAD TO GIVE HIM A SHOT BUT HE CRIED, AFTER 3 DAYS THERE AND WAS TO READY TO COME HOME.

Ok my first trip to Honduras was in May we (my husband, my sister in-law, her kids and mine) drove form SC 8 hour then found a place to stay in Miami. got up in the morning when got some breakfest and went to the flea market went to the airport at 2:30 and my plane was leaving at 3:30. we waited in line for about 35 min then when thru sucrity had to take off (o yeah i to my to and my neice and nephew with me kids under the age of 4) there shoes and my belt ect. i ran to the 9th gate got on the plane and was to tired. then we got to SPS at 5:45 a guy came to me and said your flight leaves at 7:30 i said OK the plane will be here early (was supposed to leave a 9:30) time went buy i bought them ice pops $3 each that was $12 gosh! the waited and a nice lady was there waiting to got to TUEG. at 7:30 i said o well mine is at the same time did madder to me i was my 1st time fling and i had no clue what i was getting my self in to. here it was 7:30 no airplane arrived and i said to a guy what time is the LCE plane coming he said let me check and he left never came back the kids running around crazy the snack place closed i had no more foods on me the kids where hungry and finally the lady stopped a guy and asked him when he said the place was broke or something so i had to get a phone call the and (my husbands family) tell them to come and get me 2 hour drive the came and it was 12:30pm i was so tired ans still had a 2 hour drive to get to there house. on the way i was soooo scared i saw to dead body's an the hwy and the gang members like beside them i got there and said yeah and went to bed. then i got sick cause of the climate i was just ready to leave. so are plan were to leave my kids there for vaction time and come back for them but my 2 year was ready just like me to come home. so my 4 year old stayed he loved it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
